Consumer behaviour in logistics services with environmental attributes Periodic Timetable Research Groups

The group Consumer behaviour in logistics services with environmental attributes (17X1HE) is intended for students in the field LOG/LA - Logistics and Transport Processes Control in bachelor's studies.

What is it about?

Following the goal to support the offer of environmentally friendly services, we will design and verify a tool that will allow companies to use the existing environmental motivation of consumers to stimulate demand for environmentally friendly alternatives to logistics services. We will use the knowledge of environmental and cognitive psychology and our own experimental research rooted in the Theory of Random Utility and Campbell's paradigm to:

  1. proposal of a method for evaluation of the environmental motivation of consumers of logistics services
  2. and its verification in a pilot laboratory study focused on the choice of individuals among products with different environmental profiles, prices and other attributes.
